Users can request a full refund within 7 days of subscribing to our service.
No reason is required to initiate a refund within this period.
Refunds will be processed only for the first-time purchase of a subscription. Renewals and subsequent purchases are non-refundable.

Date of purchase
Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 3-4 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
It may take 7-8 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If a request is made after the 7-day refund window.
If we detect misuse or fraudulent activity, such as multiple refund requests from the same user.
If the subscription was purchased through any third-party platform or unauthorized channels.
