Welcome to the terms and conditions of Jawabwala Open Challenge! This challenge is an opportunity for participants to put our AI to the test and compare its performance with other AI-powered platforms.
By accessing or participating in this challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate.
By participating in the Jawabwala Open Challenge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Jawabwala reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the challenge after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
To participate, you must:
Be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required.
Be a student preparing for JEE Advanced.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Not be an employee, contractor, or direct affiliate of Jawabwala, its partners, or subsidiaries.
Ensure that any AI platform you submit for comparison is publicly available and not an internal or private AI model.
Jawabwala reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility and disqualify anyone found violating these terms. If disqualified, we'll communicate the same to the participant through the provided email address provided it is valid.
Jawabwala’s AI specializes in solving JEE Advanced-level questions. This challenge invites participants to identify any AI platform that outperforms Jawabwala’s AI in accuracy.
Validity Period: The challenge runs until March 15, 2025, with potential extensions at our discretion.
Scope: We will consider JEE Advanced questions from past years (2015 to 2024) as the benchmark.
Competitor Pricing: The competing AI platform must not exceed ₹995 per month (i.e., 5× our price of ₹199 per month).
Evaluation: Jawabwala will assess the accuracy of both AI solutions within two weeks of submission.
Reward: If your submitted AI platform demonstrates a higher accuracy than Jawabwala, you will receive 1-year free access to the Jawabwala platform.
User Account: It is mandatory for you to have a valid Jawabwala account at the time of entering this challenge. You must use the same phone number and name to submit the application as you did while creating your account with Jawabwala. If at the time of challenge submission you do not have a valid Jawabwala account, your application and claim will be rejected.
Note: Decisions made by Jawabwala regarding the outcome of the challenge are final and binding.
To participate, you must submit:
Your Full Name
Your Class/Grade
Valid Email & Phone Number
The Name of the AI Platform you claim to be superior.
A Link to Access the AI Platform (official website or app link).
Submission Format: All entries must be submitted through the official challenge page before the deadline.
Your submission will be rejected if:
The provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
The competing AI platform is not publicly available or requires private access.
The submission details are found to be manipulated, misrepresented, or falsified.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of the data and submission provided.
License Grant: By participating, you grant Jawabwala a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submission for evaluation, promotional, and research purposes.
AI Platform Rights: You must not submit AI solutions that you do not have the right to use.
Jawabwala collects and processes your name, email, phone number, and submitted challenge data to verify eligibility and evaluate submissions.
Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

If your submission and claim is approved, Jawabwala will notify you via email.
The 1-year free access will be credited to your account within 5 business days after the approval of your submission and claim.
The free access cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold.
You must claim your reward within 2 months of receiving it, or it will be forfeited.
Jawabwala is not responsible for:
Lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete submissions due to network failures.
Any technical errors that affect participation.
Any disputes regarding your submitted AI paltform's accuracy beyond our independent evaluation.
Any losses or damages resulting from participation in this challenge.
Participation in this challenge is at your own risk, and Jawabwala is not liable for any claims arising from your involvement.
Jawabwala reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the challenge at any time without prior notice.
If fraudulent activity or abuse is detected, Jawabwala may cancel the challenge or disqualify participants at its sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
Participants agree to attempt informal dispute resolution before proceeding with legal action.
